Shipping & Handling Information

Sending or receiving a package?

Here's everything you need to know.

Please reference the following guidelines regarding shipping, receiving and handling materials so we can better serve you at the Marriott Bayfront.


SHIPPING

The front desk team is more than happy to assist with your shipping needs. All shipped items will incur a handling charge.

  • If package already has a shipping label, you will only be charged for handling based on weight.
  • If package does not have a shipping label, a front desk associate will be able to provide you with one and charge the expense (along with handling) to your guest room.


RECEIVING

All received items will incur a handling charge, which includes delivery to guest room or meeting room. Packages can be stored up to seven days. Storage over seven days will be subject to an additional fee. 

  • Please have sender number boxes “1 of 6”, “2 of 6”, “3 of 6”, etc. This way we will know when shipments are received and we can make you aware upon arrival.
  • Please have sender notate the name of recipient on the outside of the box as well as any content descriptors, e.g. name badges, registration materials, etc., that you would like us to note when entering the package into the management system.


HANDLING

All packages sent to and from the hotel will incur a handling charge based upon weight.

  • Carrier Envelope: $4
  • Padded Pak: $6
  • 1-10 lbs: $6
  • 10.1-21 lbs: $12
  • 21.1-41 lbs: $25
  • 41.1-60 lbs: $40
  • 60.1-100 lbs: $65
  • Over 100.1 lbs: $120
  • Crates & Pallets: $300
