Madison Marriott West understands that pets are an extension of your family. It is our mission to treat pets with the same quality of service given to their owners. We gladly welcome all well-mannered dogs and cats.
Please notify us in advance when traveling with your pet. There is a non-refundable $50 pet fee per stay. To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, the following policies apply to your pet’s stay:
Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier while in public areas.
Pets must be kept out of all food & beverage service areas, including Falling Water Cafe, banquet rooms and pre-function areas.
Guest must be present while any hotel staff member, such as housekeeping or maintenance, is in my guestroom. Room cleaning must be scheduled in advance for a time when the pet is not in the room or the owner is present.
Pets must be kept with guests or a designated individual at all times, and can not be left unattended in the room. If the pet is left unattended and other guests are disturbed, a fee may be charged as compensation for the guest inconvenience.
Guests must prevent noise or any other disturbance by pets, in the interest of other hotel guests.
Should pets create any disturbances, which cause complaints to be made to the hotel by other occupants or personnel of the hotel, at the request of the hotel, pets must be immediately relocated elsewhere outside the hotel.
Additional cleaning bills or repairs above the $50 fee will be charged to the guest's credit card, even if they are discovered following the guest's departure from the hotel. This includes damage, carpet cleaning or pest elimination.
