1. The transportation service is shared, maximum for 9 people
2. Before leaving your terminal, please send us a WhatsApp +52 (998) 8420210 / operator +52 (998) 868 54 00 (information required: N° people, terminal) 
3. Before leaving your terminal, please send us a WhatsApp and please go to your platform.
4. When you leave the arrivals hall you will find many such people, just go straight until find your platform according to your terminal.
5. If your are in :
   T2 please find Platform 26
   T3 please find Platform 37
   T4 please find Platform 26
6. Once you arrive at your platform, we ask that you please be patient and wait a few minutes for our transportation partners to arrive for you in one of our logo vans. (Up to 45 minutes depending on traffic)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Since August 1st 2022, the airport road will remain under maintenance by the state authorities, it will last aprox 18 months. All forms of transportation may increase their arrival time about 1 hour, such as airport-hotel and vice versa, so we appreciate your patience. We will do our best to continue to provide an efficient transfer, but above all safety, we recommend considering enough time to reach your destination. For reasons beyond the hotel's control, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
