Loading Dock is located directly next to the front entrance on Francisco.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00AM – 3:00PM Saturday 6:00AM – 2:00PM 

*Any deliveries after the hours of operations must be coordinated with Event Manager and the Shipping and Receiving Department.*

• Each lb. above 10 lbs. - $1.00 per pound 
• Pallet - $300.00 ea 
• Pallet Breakdown Fee - $5 Per. Item 

Out Bound/Pick-Up: (Prepaid/Pre-addressed)

• All Items - $10 Per. Item 
• Pallet - $100 ea 

Out Bound/Pick-Up (Plus standard shipping rates via FedEx):

Dock Master:

• During Standard Operating Hours: - $90 –Per Hour 
• Non-Operating Hours and Holidays: - $120 –Per Hour (4hr. Minimum) 

Freight Elevator Operator 

• During Standard Operating Hours: - $60 –Per Hour 
• Non-Operating Hours and Holidays: - $90 –Per Hour (4hr. Minimum) 

Unscheduled Deliveries: Same listed rates for Dock Master/Freight Elevator Operator will apply. Deliveries will not be allowed until cleared by the Dock Master.
