Our Personal Training provides one-on-one sessions with a dedicated fitness expert to keep you motivated and focused on your fitness goals. Our Exercise Program Design creates customized 4-week or 8-week programs tailored to your needs, allowing you to continue your health journey at home. Our Fitness and Movement Assessments help personalize your experience, guiding you on safe and effective exercise practices. Private Yoga sessions increase mobility, reduce pain, and improve focus. Energy Healing promotes holistic well-being, while Guided Meditation & Visualization sessions reduce stress and enhance mental clarity.

  • Personal Training (Paid, 30, 45, 60 minute sessions)– Work with a dedicated fitness expert one on one, to motivate, empower, and learn how to reach your fitness goals. Book your FREE Fitness Assessment by emailing
  • Exercise Program Design (Paid, 50 minute Fitness/Movement Assessment required) – A 4-week, or 8-week exercise program written for you, based on your movement patterns, goals, previous injuries, experience, and available equipment. Take it with you so you can continue your health journey at home.
  • Fitness Assessment (FREE, 30 minutes) – Meet with one of our fitness professionals to discuss your lifestyle, health history, behaviors, and most importantly, ways to help you reach your health and wellness goals.
  • Movement Assessment (FREE, 20 minutes) – Learn how your body moves, and the why behind it. We use these movement patterns to help dictate what exercises are safe, yet effective for you to do.
  • Private Yoga (Paid, 30, 45, 60 minute sessions) - Energize the mind and body through intentional breath and movement. Yoga can increase mobility, reduce pain, and bring about greater focus and clarity. This all-levels session is tailored to meet your unique needs and requests.
  • Energy Healing (Paid, 30, 50 minute sessions) - Energy healing is a holistic practice that promotes healing on the physical, mental, and emotional level. This non-invasive practice involves the placing of hands on or above the body. Benefits can include mental clarity, stress reduction, better sleep, and pain relief.
  • Guided Meditation & Visualization (Paid, 15, 30 minute sessions) - Our guided meditations will help you focus, release stress, mentally reboot, and recharge. Learn effective relaxation tools you can use anywhere.
