Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled 48-hours prior to arrival.
Group and Conference reservations are subject to the cancellation and deposit policies outlined at time of booking and may vary from standard hotel policies.
Check-In / Check-Out Times
Check-in time at Sheraton Niagara Falls is 4:00pm. If you arrive prior to check-in please visit our concierge, who will be happy to store your luggage until your room is ready. Hotel check-out is 11:00am.
Age Requirement & Photo ID
To reserve a room at Sheraton Niagara Falls Hotel, there must be at least one adult present in the room 18 years of age or older. Valid photo ID is required both for the check in process, as well as being a necessity to process a credit card.
Room Occupancy
Sheraton Niagara Falls Hotel fire code permits a maximum of five (5) guests in a room depending on the room category. Some room types have a maximum occupancy of less than four (4) guests. Family Suites have a maximum of nine (9) guests.
Pet Policy
Dogs weighing up to 40 pounds are allowed in designated pet rooms on the 2nd floor. Only one dog per room is permitted. A waiver must be signed at check-in, or a cleaning fee of 200 USD will be assessed. Pets must not be left unattended. Cats are not allowed. Please contact the hotel directly for further information.
On-site Parking
Fee based self-parking in the outdoor lot is conveniently located on the side entrance of Sheraton Niagara Falls hotel at the intersection of Third Street and Niagara Street. In and out privileges for overnight guests only. The lot is operated by the City of Niagara Falls.

Reservations are subject to 20% taxes & fees. (8% New York State tax, 6% Lodging tax and 9% Promotional Fee).
